Vauxhall and Ryze Hydrogen have joined forces and are set to work together developing hydrogen charging infrastructure solutions for fleet operators.
This will allow businesses to run hydrogen vehicles and refuel them either on-site, or at a located refuelling facility. The link-up between Vauxhall and Ryze forms part of the brand’s wider hydrogen strategy, which is centred around informing the development of a widespread and workable hydrogen refuelling infrastructure solution for companies that run fleets across the UK.
It also comes ahead of Vauxhall’s Vivaro HYDORGEN commencing fleet evaluation trials in the UK in 2024, ahead of orders opening for a hydrogen version of its largest light commercial vehicle – the Movano – later in the year. The Movano HYDROGEN will have a range of up to 311 miles and be able to refuelled with hydrogen in only five minutes.
