ITM Power is working with a European energy company that plans to deploy a 10MW green hydrogen production plant in several projects across the UK.
ITM announced that it had been contracted by an unnamed European energy company to jointly develop a standard design configuration for a 10MW green hydrogen production plant. This design will see two of ITM’s NEPTUNE V plug-and-play 5MW containerised electrolyser systems combined.
ITM CEO Dennis Schulz said the agreement was further evidence of how NEPTUNE V has cemented itself as “the clear leader in its class” and said the 10MW configuration would allow the unnamed company to deploy projects “rapidly” throughout the UK.
